WHY BECOME AN EXAMCEP TEST SITE?

Partnering with Examcep and becoming a Examcep Test Site offers a wide range of benefits to the Training Program, Schools, or Facility. Here are some of the benefits:

  1. FINANCIAL BENEFITS: Our Partnership is symbiotic and based on a profit-sharing and common interest model. The Test Site, Exam Administrators, and Examcep benefit by sharing the Revenue generated from the testing events, including the No Call No Show nonrefundable testing fees. Examcep recognizes that our partnerships with the Test Sites and Exam Administrators must mutually benefit all partners financially. Our partnership contract fully discloses how much Examcep charges for each Competency Examination and how that Revenue is divided amongst Examcep, the Test Site, and the Exam Administrator. So, becoming a Examcep Test Site and hosting Examcep examinations at your site provides a source of additional Revenue to your School, Facility, or Training Program. This passive income can be reinvested back into educational initiatives and infrastructure improvements in your company or fuel other business goals.
  1. PAY SCHEDULE: Examcep pays the Test Site twice per month.
  1. PARTNERSHIP: Examcep does not charge Test Sites partnership fees, annual fees, testing software fees, or any other type of fee. There are no hidden fees charged. Our partnership is based on a symbiotic relationship where all the stakeholders, including Exam Administrators, Test Sites, Candidates, and Examcep, mutually benefit.
  1. FLEXIBLE EXAM SCHEDULING: The Test Site, in conjunction with the Exam Administrators, has the right and flexibility to schedule Test Events at their own convenience. There are no time frame limitations when the Exam can be scheduled, provided the Exam Administrator and the Test Site are willing to administer exams.
  1. EXAM BOOKING FEE: Examcep does not charge Test Sites any form of exam booking fees, including express or expedited fees. Test Sites can create exam schedules, add, or remove candidates, and offer the testing at their convenience without being charged any form of fees.
  1. AUTONOMY: Test Sites have the autonomy to flexible testing scheduling; where they create their own Exam Schedules, create testing slots per test event, and determine their Skills Exam Actor policy in conjunction with the Exam Administrators, provided it is consistent and written out. The Candidate, Test Site, or the Exam Administrator may provide the Skills Exam Actor to the Candidate provided the Test Site, and the Exam Administrators are in agreement. If the Test Site provides the Skills Exam Actor, it has the right to charge the Candidate the Skills Exam Actor’s fee if their Policy is that the Test Site provides Skills Exam Actor for the Candidate. Test Sites may bring to Examcep their own Exam Administrator exclusively administering testing at their Test Site provided they meet the Examcep Exam Administrator qualification. Test Sites can partner with schools and facilities to become their Test Centers.
  1. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Examcep offers live person customer service seven (7) days a week from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm to ensure that the Test Site, Candidates, and Exam Administrators are taken care of without any delay.
  1. EFFICIENCY: Once a School, Facility, or Training Program decides to partner with Examcep to become a Test Site, Examcep requires just a simple online application on our website that takes about 2-5 minutes to complete. After completing and submitting your application, Examcep will review the application within forty eight (48) hours and email the Test Site Agreement to the Test Site Administrative official or a request for clarification to the prospective Test Site. Once the Test Site Agreement is signed, Examcep emails the approval letter within twenty four (24) hours.
  1. ONBOARDING AND TRAINING: After the approval of the application for the new Test Site, Examcep will schedule the onboarding and training within forty eight (48) hours. The entire process should be completed within seven (7) days. Examcep will ensure that the new Test Site owner and management are trained well to provide the credible and seamless delivery of the Competency Examinations. Examcep caters to the cost of onboarding and training of new Test Sites.
  1. TESTING RESULTS: Candidates know their provisional results immediately after they are done testing. There is no waiting period. The RN Skills Exam Administrator informs the Candidate whether or not they have passed or failed the Skills Exam and the areas where they missed. For the Knowledge Exam, the results are delivered to the candidate portal immediately after submitting their Exam, with the results analysis report informing candidates of their areas of weakness.
  1. ACCESS TO VALUABLE DATA: The Test Sites, which are also Training Programs, have access to their Candidates’ performance data. This helps to analyze data to improve student performance, outcomes, and regulatory compliance. Also, Test Sites have access to Revenue and Exam Bookings data al provided through the Examcep Test Site Portal.
  1. COST EFFICIENCY: We have automated exam booking where candidates make their own booking through the Examcep website. In cases where the Test Site or the School is doing group booking and submitting Testing fees, the Candidates still enter their own data, and the Test Site only submits the invoiced fee. So, the Test Site does not have to hire personnel and spend lots of time and money scheduling, booking, and entering data for candidates.
  1. COLLABORATIVE MARKETING: Test Sites, which are also Training Sites, are listed on the Examcep Website to help the schools market their programs strategically.
  1. STUDENT/CANDIDATES BENEFITS: Candidates seamlessly schedule and reschedule their exams. They also receive their results immediately after completing their testing and file disputes to challenge their results if they so wish. The Candidates are provided with access to exam practice resources and preparation. This helps the Training Programs and Testing Sites because you do not have to deal with students calling wanting to schedule or know their results.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: Examcep continuously empowers Test Sites through training and Professional development symposiums, all paid for by Examcep During these training conferences, Examcep takes views from the Test Sites and implements some of those views to foster a partnership that works for all stakeholders.
